By engaging CXScout services, you agree to the following terms:

Services Provided

CXScout provides website systems, automated messaging, AI call answering, reputation management, and related services. Services are provided as-is.

No Guarantee of Results

CXScout does not guarantee specific revenue increases, lead volume, search rankings, or business outcomes.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

-Obtaining proper SMS and marketing consent from customers

-Providing accurate business information

-Monitoring AI responses and following up with customers appropriately

-Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations

SMS Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in through our website forms, you consent to receive SMS communications from CXScout (a DBA of Main Street Seller, LLC), including appointment reminders, service notifications, and related updates.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP.

Payment Terms

Fees are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice subject to any contractual obligations.

Indemnification

Client agrees to indemnify and hold CXScout harmless for claims arising from improper consent collection, misuse of messaging services, regulatory violations, or misuse of AI tools.
